Children need care and education. If parents are unable to fulfill their responsibilities, they need support. Every child has the potential to overcome life's difficulties and succeed – provided they receive the appropriate holistic, educational, and social support, as well as access to necessary resources. The future of a country can be shaped by its young generation. The Israeli Jaffa Institute helps socially disadvantaged children and young people achieve equal opportunities. They receive emotional support, food, education, and, if needed, housing.

Questions for us
Within the diverse work of the Jaffa Institute, Christians Standing with Israel focuses on supporting the educational center in Beit Shemesh. This boarding school provides a home for socially disadvantaged boys from impoverished backgrounds during the school year. Here, they receive regular, balanced meals and are supported through comprehensive educational and therapeutic programs.
The goal is to raise the boys to be socially responsible and self-confident individuals who can find and take their place in Israeli society. The boys should be able to obtain a school diploma and be accepted into the army. Both are essential prerequisites for finding good employment in Israeli society.
The Jaffa Institute's programs are aimed at people of diverse worldviews, whether Jewish, Muslim, Christian – religious or secular. The boarding school in Bet Shemesh has a Jewish religious orientation. Communal prayer times and Torah study are part of the daily routine.
